Apparently it's some sort of a club/bar/venue in *Texas*. And yes, it is actually called Super Happy Fun Land. And that scary lady is apparently the proprietor.
also to add to the fun the cat's name is spelled "Clawdia"- like a claw... cuz she's a cat... wwwooooowww. and actually, we only drove by - because the sight of the "club" aka someone's house in a scary neighboohood with people um... "talking" by the back of their van was just not good.
